As a Protective Service Representative I was responsible for managing a caseload of 60 individuals with developmental disabilities. I made executive decisions concerning medical needs, residential placement, vocational needs and daily care of individuals. I was responsible for visiting my clients quarterly at their homes or day programs to review documentation and ensure they were well cared for.
