I got married in 1983. Started with Walmart in 1985 after my first child turned one year old.I started as a sales associate in the mens department, moved to a customer service manager, went to another store as a processor.Was involved in one of the largest changes by starting and leading one of the first overnight stocking teams at store 743 this increased sales by over 25% in the first six months.Then l helped open one of the first supercenters in Yukon Oklahoma as a support manager . after that I became an assistant manager in Elreno Oklahoma then Yukon.My family always came first and when my oldest child had a chance to wrestle in the high school state finals I stepped out of management. When all four of my children finished high school I stepped back into the assistant manager role in two stores then moved into a co mamager role were I was involved in the topstock initiatives teaching and training ensuring the understanding and importance. Then came ogp.After that I became part of the management team at our academy in Edmond Oklahoma. Presently I am at a complex store in okc.I love new challenges and teaching and training and seeing how it impacts lives as the associates move up and build confidence.
