Generated nomination narratives for submittal of award applications, resulting in seven prestigious AGC Build America Awards. Other awards won include ACI (American Concrete Institute) Louisiana Chapter Outstanding Projects, Louisiana Contractor Magazine “Best of” series, South Central Construction Magazine Top Projects, and numerous CICE Implementation Awards presented by the Greater New Orleans Business Roundtable.

Produced marketing collateral for use by sales personnel and project managers. Worked with designers and printer to create company brochures. Also produced brochures and handouts in-house. Worked with web design personnel to improve three generations of Boh website. Generated and updated project sheets for use on website and in proposals or other marketing presentations. Supported estimators and project managers on computer and non-computer-related tasks, including design and development of Excel and Word templates for use in project management; provided training, education, and general computer support and trouble-shooting; and improving document layout, usability, and readability. Administrator and trainer for ConstructWare Project Management Software. Attended ConstructWare conferences and training courses, including Train the Trainer certification.

Completed pre-qualification questionnaires (over 100 annually) for governmental, industrial, and commercial owners, requiring a broad knowledge of the Company and its operations, policies, and procedures. Obtained and coordinated information from numerous sources, through communication and collaboration with operations, administration, and safety personnel. Researched, created, and maintained over 200 resumes of key office and field personnel, for use in project documents.

Utilized Primavera Project Planner (P3) and P6 to schedule construction projects and to aid project managers in creating, maintaining, and updating project schedules.
