Global experience includes implementation of 93 countries in multiple languages at a large manufacturing firm. The past 4+ years have been working with Workday, including everything from conversion activities from a legacy PeopleSoft system, to Workday configuration and eligibility rules, functional and technical design, testing and validation, and reporting. My particular area of expertise is global Workday Compensation. We collaborated closely with Workday developers on many of their more recent compensation calculation features, including Adjustable, Guaranteed, Variable, Fixed, and Calculated compensation bases, as well as Calculated Plans.
