Strategy Development• Establish annual budget goals in consultation with the Chief Development Officer and develop strategies/plan to reach those goals for Roadrunner Club giving.• Leverage existing relationships in order to create new opportunities by identifying donors with the affinity and capacity to give more.Cultivation and Solicitation• Responsible for increasing participation in the Roadrunner Club to meet organizational goals.• Solicit donors to increase monthly giving.• Regularly make phone calls, send handwritten cards and emails and conduct face-to-face visits to thank, update, cultivate and solicit Roadrunner Club donors utilizing Salesforce Dashboards• Develop and manage effective solicitation messaging in compliance with the Food Bank’s communications standards and brand identity for the Roadrunner Club.Stewardship• Ensure that donor information is kept current and donor interactions are documented in Salesforce.• Retain monthly donors through active follow-up and stewardship efforts.

-Work with VP of Development and Interim Dean to develop strategies and fundraising priorities for the College.-Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward portfolio of current and potential donors to foster growth in major gifts $10,000+.-Collaborate with Alumni Relations to engage alumni, Marketing/Communications to manage philanthropic messaging.

-Create museum fundraising plan and responsible for its successful implementation in collaboration with department staff.-Cultivate new efforts to build the endowment ensuring continued growth through planned giving.-Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward current and potential donors to foster growth in major gifts $10,000+.-Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward new and existing corporate partners and sponsorships $25,000+.-Maintains a strategic portfolio of donors to maintain the museum's mission. This includes regular engagement with donors (meetings, social, meals).-Aide in the prospecting, cultivation and stewardship of grants. -Work with the Board of Trustees to implement strategic plans for campaign fundraising.-Report monthly to the Board of Trustees on progress towards fundraising goals and strategic initiatives.-Chair of the Einstein Society Gala annual fundraiser securing ticket and table sales, sponsorships, and soliciting major gifts. Achievements:-Successfully completed fundraising for the Jerry L. Adams Museum Artifact Center in March 2022 ($600,000).-Work with partners to raise $250,000 annually for Nuclear Science Week every October.-Revamped the Legacy Giving Society for museum's endowment increasing contributions.

-Manage NDI New Mexico North end Thank You Project for holiday distribution to donors.-Manage Gala Program Book ad sales with advanced dancers to benefit student scholarships.-Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors.-Assisted in processing gifts in donor database, send timely acknowledgement letters and reports.

-Maintained Raiser's Edge database, kept profiles up to date and pulled donor reports.-Renewed a successful grant to the City of Pasadena to fund Free Family Night Performances ($6,000).-Aided in planning quarterly cultivation and stewardship events as well as annual fundraiser.-Wrote mandatory grant report to the City of Los Angeles for Arts Commission Grant ($25,000).

-Presented STEAM research and demonstrations at the NAEA Annual Conference 2014.-Researched and implemented STEAM curriculum and philosophy across museum programming. -Established partnerships with arts and science institutions to strengthen arts/sciences.-Wrote successful proposal to City of Pasadena securing participation in biannual ArtNight events.-Curated 4 performing arts seasons under Pasadena Cultural Grant.-Coordinated event logistics and activities for major events and programs (i.e camps, daily, weekly and monthly programming).-Taught early learners Art Moves and Little Sprouts classes for 3-4 year olds.-Facilitated art workshops and daily, weekly, monthly programming, spring and summer camps with guests/children. Also facilitated art and science programs for visiting school groups (primary through elementary grades).

-Aided in planning details of annual End-of-Year Appeal and Summer Soiree.-Promote At-Large-Members to incoming Leadership Council.-Vet incoming Leadership Council Members.-Recruit new Emerging Arts Leaders Members.-Organize monthly meetings and plan agenda. -Coordinate with committee departments to promote events and request donations.
