I am a Member in Bass Berry and Sims' Health Law Practice and have over 30 years experience in matters involving Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and regulatory issues, including provider-based status, PPS, wage index, bad debt, quality data, medical education (GME, IME, Nursing and Allied Health), DSH, and cost alllocation, as well as billing and claims issues, the Two-Midnight Rule, 340B and Medicare bundled payments.
