-Shift supervisor overseeing 9- 13 security officers-Act as the liaison between the Site Manager, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers.-Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline with approved empowerment range.-Respond and assistance in filling openings in the schedule as the need arises.

-Dispatcher is responsible for maintaining effective and efficient communication from numerous department and on-site security.-Receive and records information quickly and accurately from complaints, requests and signals from a variety of communications equipment such as: radio transceiver, telephone and face to face requests.-Utilize PC-based Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to enter, research and retrieve information.-When needed; react quickly and think clearly in emergency situations, evaluate information received, and coordinate the proper action to take.

-Provide customer service to our clients by carrying safety and security procedures, site specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.-Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner-Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility-Process incoming arrestees ie., questioning, fingerprints, physical searches for weapons or contriband and completion of the booking process (phone calls etc.)-Issuing laundry and bedding a necessary and prreparing and providing meals during the time they are being house at the jail.-Transporting the detainee to court or any needed location, ie., County Jail or other court ordered location as needed.-Assist Police Officers in the field in picking up and transporting detainees to jail facility from the field.-Cleaning and maintaining and sanitary environment in the Jail, including cells, kitchen and common areas of the facility. -Checking computer systems ie., NCIC, WIIS and CJIS to verify identity of detainee and also check for additional wants and warrants in county and state system.-Entering booking information into the city and state system on computer.
