Began consulting career with CSR, Inc., Arlington, VA in 1964. In February 1965 joined McKinsey & Company and remained with them until August 1967. After ten years as an executive with Black & Decker, joined with three others to found the Maryland Consulting Group, Inc. in 1977. In 1979 elected managing director and CEO in 1985 and served in that role until 1990 when I joined Southern Maryland Oil as General Manager of this division of the Wills Group of companies. Became a solo consultant and served as temporary CEO of Solomon Technologies 1997 - 1998 to raise financing through stock sale as IPO. Continued as solo consultant until retiring from full-time career in 2003.
