DayTwo Group (formerly Soporte Libre) is a company specialized in providing high-level support for technological infrastructures. We are currently working with the largest banks in Ecuador, supporting them with the implementation of new technologies, mainly related to cloud architectures.My role is focused on guiding and advising the team in both the management and commercial aspects.

In early 2022, UTPL (Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja) launched its technological unit UTPL TEC and I was invited to be part of the academic team for their career on Digital Transformation of Companies.I teach the Digital Organizational Theory and Strategy subject and I am in the process of developing the subject of Digital Entrepreneurship.

I am in charge of leading the Digital Transformation in Grupo Entregas. The main goal is to improve and extend our services using technology.

I am teacher in the Negocios Digitales Master program.

Goctors is an Ecuadorian startup in the health sector. Their main objective is giving the patient control over his/her health information by means of personal access to their electronic clinical records and other health related activities, such as the selection and appointment of medical services and the management of health insurance. I supported Goctors for two years. The advising role involved mostly technological optimization, product innovation and administrative management.

All of this among other essentials for the operation of a multinational company in Ecuador.We, me and the initial team, managed to instate the Spanish language in all communications, web page and digital products the company generated, since Ecuador was the first Spanish-speaking country in the company. I remained as a teacher for 7 years.

Oracle is one of the largest software companies in the world, recognized in particular for its database management system.I joined Oracle as an intern after a very complex selection process when I was still a university student. Later I was hired as a regular employee and spent 4 years in different roles that allowed me a deep understanding of the organization and, above all, the global interaction of the different lines of work.
