The “Next Gen Initiative” is a pilot program focused on building collaborative networks and defined resources for staff and faculty who are working with first-gen students across Harvard and creating a leadership development and support program for first-generation college and graduate students.

The RIDES Leadership Fellowship is a two-year co-curricular and field program for HGSE enrolled graduate students committed to diversity, equity, and integration in American K-12 public schools.

The Dean’s Advisory Committee on Equity and Diversity was established to help shape, advance, and celebrate HGSE’s vision for a diverse, equitable and inclusive campus.

The Aspiring Latino Leaders Fellowship is an academic-year program that invests in Latino education leaders in the Greater Boston and Greater Houston areas. This program focuses on bringing together a talented network of Latino change-makers, cultivating effective Latino leaders, and providing long-term career development support.
