As part of the Chicago Property Management Operations team, support the Chicago Market initiatives with a focus on several areas:-Work with team to create optimized workflows and processes to reduce manual task management.-Support Market PM Leadership to establish LinkedIn presence. Create branded posts and prompts for Leadership to post to maintain engagement. -Build out the Chicago Property Management SharePoint site to serve as primary resource for Chicago PM teams. Link to Intranet or other existing resources where possible; develop unique content to support market initiatives or provide additional detail where applicable.-Develop communications platform for Chicago Property Management. Conceive, draft, and deliver most communiques from the Local Leadership and/or Operations team following Corporate Brand Guidelines. -Assist with any Property Transitions, allowing teams to work more efficiently. Specifically, help smooth P2P and PULSE transition process, help answer questions on New/Closing Assignment Checklists. -Continue to design and host trainings targeted at Market needs

Help teams understand what the requirements are, what they mean, how to effectively maintain compliance.- Develop communications platform for Chicago Property Management. Identify, draft, and deliver communiques from the Local Leadership and/or Operations team. - Assist with Property Transitions, allowing teams to work more efficiently. Specifically, help smooth platform transition process.

Reporting directly to Associate Director to provide portfolio/corporate level support for 24-building medical office building portfolio, focused on driving consistency, compliance andtraining, and identifying areas of process improvement, including:- Perform internal compliance audits of purchasing, RFPs, contracts and insurance certificates- Collaborate on development of contracting solutions and integration of client specificcontract requirements into CBRE’s electronic contracting platform (P2P)- Identify gaps in training; plan and lead both group and one-on-one training sessions forteam members in 9 offices- Plan, organize and create WebEx presentations for numerous monthly internal and client meetings

Onsite property administration responsibilities for Class A High Rise office building includingcustomer service, response to tenant and client requests, accounts payable, accountsreceivable, client reporting support, contract management, work order management, tenantand vendor insurance documentation coordination.- With team, plan tenant relations events; design digital and physical advertising for events- Manage vendor contracts; prepare contract documents for approval and assist in executionprocess; work with team to ensure that all necessary contracts are renewed or rebid asneeded- Compile and bill monthly tenant charges, create packages to include appropriatebackup/approvals for all charges, and distribute statements by accounting deadlines- Assist with tenant AR process; answer questions about statements, research accounthistories to attempt to clear outstanding charges from accounts, and meet with newtenants/tenant contacts to ensure they understand statement and additional charges

Assist with onsite property administration activities for Class A High Rise office buildingincluding tenant and vendor customer service, work order follow up, maintenance of tenantand vendor insurance certificates, coding invoices, and preparation of daily reports. Followup on work orders as needed to satisfy tenant needs.- Audit then maintain insurance for tenants and vendors. Request corrections and changeswhen needed to comply with tenant lease or vendor contract.
