This is a office support role, I process paperwork, answer phones and communicate with both crew members, office staff, and the government office responsible for restricted area passes. I proofread applications, organize the office, order supplies and audit our monthly parking with the airport authority.

I deal with the public and other professionals working both in the YVR airport and on aircrafts, in the airport I work alongside management regarding follow-ups that are needed with both the Inflight and Airport teams. CSR on a Small Commercial Lines team. I was responsible for phone calls, emails, processing paperwork and any other tasks related to the industry.

CSR on a Large Commercial Lines team. I worked on the phone, email and mail. I processed paperwork and set up meetings between the Account Executive and clients. I also processed all paperwork as required.
