Direct, develop and provide management for a global team of 50+ employees and consultants who are responsible for provisioning user access to enterprise platforms, systems, programs and resources; monitoring and maintaining all Identity servers, including Active Directory and building solutions for our internal and external customers. My team is the central resource for secure access provisioning and provides 24/7 support for 500,000+ worldwide identities for resources including:Active Directory, Unix, Mainframe, Oracle databases, AS/400, Lawson, Xceedium (Jumpserver), Exchange on prem and in the cloud, Cicso AnyConnect VPN, RSA SecurID Tokens, VDI, Intercom Plus, Veritas, Authenticator (employee and vendor portal), OAM/OIM; Azure Portal, SAP GRC and Epic.Responsible for the continued management and support of our enterprise identity management system, Courion, as we transition to a new Identity platform. Additionally, I provide leadership and support for the migration of 14 AD domains into one enterprise wide domain; provided support for the continuing implementation of OAM and designed an intake process for new program integration; guided and supported our field transformation project for 8,000+ stores and helped manage the budgets for both departments.

Transformed current verification process to a risk-based process and streamlined the number of requests sent to reviewing managers. Received 100% participation in SOX quarterly audits for four consecutive quarters. Mitigated the SOX significant deficiency FY11 Q4. Expanded number of audits from 17 to 24, including an overview of the DC AS/400 machines as well as Authenticator Reuse groups. Assisted in the creation of mainframe access groups for consultants.
