I have accomplished 25+ time-sensitive related projects that enhanced my capacity of managing budgets, facilities, and teamwork efficiently.With a background in immunology and oncology, I have 7+ years' experience in clinical project management. I am familiar with FDA regulations, GCP& ICH guidelines, HIPPA, and R&D regulations (e.g., IRB, IACUC, Biosafety, etc.), knowing GLP, implementing preclinical/clinical studies, and building a cohesive relationship with PIs, collaborators, CRCs, MSLs, GCP auditors, and phase I lab. I also established SOPs for identifying biomarkers of clinical diagnosis.I have published 25+ peer-reviewed articles and given 15+ poster presentations and 4 oral presentations at regional and international meetings. Additionally, I have 10+ years' experience in leadership skills, extensive laboratory analysis, and computer skills that allow me to serve as an ad-hoc reviewer of 10+ peer-reviewed journals, an editor of CPQ Cancer, a voter/reviewer of R&D subcommittees in Miami VA Medical Center, and a Lead/Head of Pharmacology and Translational Medicine teams in pharmaceutical companies.
