•Work with team members, vendors and department managers to identify gaps, errors and controls necessary•Perform root cause analysis on various projects and/or processes within the department and execute solid process improvement solutions•Identify improvement opportunities that will help increase efficiency by identifying any gaps in the process/technology/data•Analyze a large population of data to help identify relevant information •Research and resolution of escalated or complex issues•Provide timely research/responses and ad-hoc support to various departments.•Assist with maintaining the delivery of daily reporting by running the reporting scripts for daily distribution•Perform Monthly Business Reviews with Vendor and Business Partners

•Responsible for mortgage loan fulfillment specific to processing, quality control and issue remediation; ensures loans are processed accurately, timely, in compliance, and with the most professional execution.•Partner with Sales to ensure mortgage applications are originated efficiently and are compliant with all Company and regulatory requirements, especially as it pertains to processing.•Create a positive work environment for team members to thrive under. Use public praise to motivate team members to achieve more•Train, develop, and enhance performance management for a team of Processors, meeting with them on regular basis to ensure open, productive communication.

•Resolve complex problems and develop solutions on files to assure file transitions to Underwriting within timeframe allowed•Maintain exceptional knowledge of all Nationstar policies, procedures, and underwriting guidelines to be a Subject Matter Expert for team members•Expert knowledge of Encompass, LSAMS, and other Nationstar systems•Key point of contact for team escalations and front line questions from the staff•Coordinate with Processing Manager to ensure team goals and objectives are met

•Review loan application file to verify all data is complete and accurate •Verify and analyze loan documentation while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations•Manage a pipeline of 40-50 borrowers•Handle escalated files from management – Provide processing skill set to escalated situations•Provide superior customer service from file assignment through funding

•Handle Purchase, Home Equity, Refinance, and Construction to Permanent loans•Review loan application file to verify all data is complete and accurate •Verify and analyze loan documentation while maintaining strict compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations
