Beyond, Inc.

Through my time at Prog I have led a design Pod on a domain and helped level up those team members skills and craft. I’ve worked on 2 top initiatives for the company providing actionable business perspectives. I’ve also introduced design thinking methodologies like design sprints and deepened the design teams' knowledge of user research methods.

At Overstock I’ve heightened my collaboration skills working with over 20 other UX designers throughout the company. I also work primarily with two development teams and two product managers. I’ve worked closely with other UX designers to mentor and enhance their skills as well.

After I transferred to Dealertrack I hit the ground running. Working to collaboratively shift the culture to more of dual track agile environment and have begun promoting programs to level up the various development teams I support. Through my experience of Google Venture Design Sprints I’ve helped to initiate new processes that will aide product in validating ideas quickly.

I work alongside a design team of 2 other UI/UX team members to facilitate the best possible communication and design literacy throughout our agile development and product teams. I have helped to foster new ways of thinking about design process and new ways of testing our ideas with users. I primarily work with our native mobile product offerings for both iOS and Android.

Through contract work at SOL Marketing I develop compelling investor decks, branding for start-ups, and creative infographics.

Through my contract work at DFU I worked with wireframes to apply visual design with precision and to the clients current branding guidelines. I developed mood boards for new clients and facilitated many design review meetings.

I work with a marketing team to help generate new leads through print and web assets. One of my most successful projects in my time here has been to help oversee and launch the new product Bridgepoint. From beginning logo design to executing several campaigns I have had my part in all of the production.

As a member of this eco-friendly, not-for-profit corporation, I developed inter office forms and external advertisement that gave each company a unified look and feel. My creative and energetic designs helped to make Green Works and CPR of New Mexico, a recognizable brand and helped to attract new clientele, raise awareness about new environmentally sound business practices, and the proper procedures of doing CPR throughout the surrounding area.

I handle all clients and most of the design work at this small design studio. We are striving to improve the Las Cruces area through design.
