I have worked in a variety of different office settings. Currently, I work in a multi-faceted large and fast paced family practice. In years past, I worked for a temp agency, adapting well to different office situations and structures. I have been employed in practices that are high-end, as well as clinic-like settings, and a wide variety in-between. I enjoy talking with patients and have grown at building rapport and a loyal patient base. My personality has allowed me to put the nervous patients at ease and establish a trusting relationship with new and returning patients.After the office (current) I worked at was acquired by a DSO, I was selected as a lead hygienist, working with our management team to help redesign and implement new dental procedures, as well as aide in the complete restructuring of the patient/clinician experience. As a lead hygienist, my responsibilities include supervising and auditing of schedules, personnel and serving as a liaison between staff and upper level management.
