I have dedicated my life to education, and I am unabashedly passionate about teaching and learning. Throughout my career, I have been very fortunate to have held elementary teaching and instructional leadership and coaching roles in Illinois, Wisconsin, and South Carolina. In all my teaching endeavors, with children or adults, I am committed to meeting each learner where they are in their development and creating innovative pathways that inspire and foster growth. I provide individualized support, encouragement, and expertise to help all learners reach their goals and aspirations. I hold myself accountable to the highest standards and seek innovative ways to help each student reach the highest levels of academic achievement and personal success. I believe in the power of learning together. I create inclusive, safe, and creative environments where learners are given opportunities for individual exploration, expression, and collaboration. In these diverse learning communities, each member feels a sense of connection and a source of pride as a valued member.
