 Monitoring the process performance of the entire plant on a day to day basis and define correct actions together with quality control and maintenance so that the plant is set at optimal operating parameters. Contributed to the reduction in production costs by studying the process control tools, improving plant reliability and its performance by optimizing the plant process. Designed and supervised experimental tests, measurements of all process parameters to allow utmost use of fuel in relation to limestone feed to the furnaces. Designed and implemented projects to produce consistent specified qualities of lime from various designated furnaces. Checking of the parameters such as fuel consumption, quality and reactivity of the lime as well as the general furnace operations. Responsible for Limestone grade control at the quarry to ensure constant supply of the desired grade of limestone to the process plant.
