Ms. Pearlson manages all aspects of litigation for GoTo. While she specializes in patent litigation, her role also encompasses employment disputes, investigations, class actions lawsuits, contract disputes, customer disputes, and bankruptcy proceedings. In addition to her litigation work, Ms. Pearlson oversees and manages LogMeIn’s patent and trademark portfolios working directly with both the engineering and marketing teams. Ms. Pearlson also is a participant and supporter of GoTo's Innovation Program.

Co-Owner of OoOtie Bow Ties. Ms. Pearlson is responsible for the design and manufacturing of the ties, oversees marketing and advertising efforts, and coordinates web design and social media.

Ms. Pearlson has extensive experience representing clients in the technology industry. She has counseled and litigated cases concerning medical devices, automotive computing, and computer microprocessors and software. Her practice has encompassed all facets of litigation, including discovery, settlement, alternative dispute resolution and trials. Ms. Pearlson was part of the trial team which successfully obtained the largest settlement in Massachusetts in 2011, as reported in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.Ms. Pearlson maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in areas such as custody disputes for domestic violence survivors; appealing denial of unemployment benefits; and representing political asylees in obtaining citizenship.In addition to her legal work, Ms. Pearlson is a member of WilmerHale’s Electronic Discovery Committee, as well as the Associate Committee Task Force.
