With over 23 years of work experience, I am a passionate and dedicated member of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, the nation's leading provider of addiction treatment and recovery services. My core competencies include managing a caseload of 30 to 45 patients, coordinating with the treatment team, finding resources that meet the continuing care recommendations, and scheduling appointments for patients to step into after completing treatment. I share the organization's mission of providing hope and healing to individuals and families affected by substance use disorders, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a person in long-term recovery myself.I have recently joined the Connection team as a Care Coordinator. In my current role, I use my Microsoft Office skills to create and maintain patient records. In connecting with patient's I plan on relying on my Care Coordinator background to empower patients to continue to move forward with their continuing care and recovery. I work with a variety of patients from different backgrounds, cultures, and needs, and I tailor my approach to each patient's preferences and goals. I am proud to be part of a team that helps patients transition to continuing care and achieve lasting recovery.
