Leslie Powers VP of FinanceIn 2003, Leslie began her career with Vanguard Resources, Inc. in the Accounting department. Utilizing her exceptional interpersonal communication and problem solving skills to act as administrative support, Leslie was promoted to Office Manager and then Executive Assistant. Her ability to quickly assimilate to new technologies and concepts helped her earn another promotion to Controller.Since joining the Vanguard Resources leadership team, Leslie has successfully managed the company’s finances and budgets for the last 15 years.Leslie was promoted to VP of Finance in 2012, then in 2015VP of Finance and HR. She is actively responsible for more than $42million in invoicing, $10 million in assets and more than $23 million in payables. In addition, Leslie manages bank reconciliation, payroll,recruiting, benefits administration, analyzes accounting reports, and acts as third-party contract management and support.
