Leslie Epps is a passionate and accomplished Architectural Designer at WXY architecture + urban design, a firm that works with city agencies and communities to create innovative and sustainable solutions for urban challenges. She graduated from Macaulay Honors College at The City University of New York in 2021 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and multiple honors, including the Architects Foundation Diversity Advancement Scholarship.At WXY, she has contributed to the assessment, design, and documentation of various projects, ranging from public housing developments to museum spaces, totaling over 700,000 SF. She has also developed strong graphic identities for project drawings, diagrams, and reports, using her skills in ArcGIS Pro and Photoshop. She is interested in combining architecture with urban planning to address social issues and better society, and has gained valuable experience in designing placemaking strategies, streetscape design, and public space interventions for select U.S. cities. She is a team player who values service, collaboration, and engagement, and aspires to work with untapped communities in the future.
