Since 2012, I have resided in Uganda, initially serving as the Skills Development Manager forCafe Javas (CJ's). My journey in the hospitality industry began at the age of 16 in 1998, markingthe third generation in my family to pursue this field. Over the past few years, I havesuccessfully trained more than 7000 individuals across Africa, focusing on the restaurant andhospitality sector. My expertise lies in the food service industry, customer care, and overallhospitality, cultivated through managerial roles in various establishments, including hotels,restaurants, guesthouses, and lodges.As a Hospitality Specialist, I have a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests. With extensive experience in training, developing SOP's, and maximizing sales, I have a track record of success in East Africa as getting things done.My expertise lies in designing and implementing training programs for staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide outstanding service. I focus on creating SOP's that are easy to follow and adapt to each property, which greatly improves efficiency and consistency.I also specialize in analyzing revenue channels and identifying areas of opportunity to maximize sales. I utilize data-driven insights to create effective pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and revenue management plans.In addition to my technical skills, I also possess excellent communication and leadership abilities that enable me to build strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and guests.
