I am currently the Vice President at LeadingAge North Carolina.❇ As a demonstrated change agent, I lead transformative operations to build and execute on initiatives that directly improve the quality of life of individuals, so I am persistent, patient, but never passive in reaching goals. I progressed in leadership, via self-motivated professional development, having the ability to see the big-picture, and most importantly in maintaining stamina. This supports my leading positive organizational programmatic change, which requires well-informed leadership, structured planning, and determination.❇ Diverse in experience across often matrixed environments, I maintain cognizance of the delicacy of balance required to metabolize strategy into actionable outcomes. To bring programs successfully to fruition requires strategic collaboration, cross-organizational partnering, policy development, and optimization of performance management systems for - people, finance and operations.
