I am currently the Chief Operating Officer of AIMPaaS LLC, a financial software companyAs a consultant, I was the only trading expert hired in the "Higgins" Case, whereby the dissident group of New York Stock Exchange holders were looking for higher valuation for their NYSE seats during the merger with Archipelago. I provided pre trial expert testimony in this case. Since 2010 I have been the only securities trading expert to consult for the Court Appointed Trustee in the Madoff bankruptcy case, and since 2019 I have also been the securities industry testifying expert for the Trustee.Additionally, I am currently the Chief Operating Officer of AIMPaaS LLC, a financial software company that offers trading solutions to asset managers and brokerage firms including a robust alpha capture system that accepts trade ideas from contributors and monitors and reports performance.
