Responsible for full-cycle talent and recruiting efforts for exempt level candidates. This includes the development of all job descriptions, posting to appropriate job boards, company website, and social media platforms, conducting first pass phone screens, setting up and orchestrating all interview rounds, reference checks, offer letters, onboarding and ongoing support.Very thorough knowledge of all departments including Account Management, Creative talent, Digital Production, Web Development and IT, Digital Strategy, Analytics, Video Content & Production, etc.Work seamlessly and purposefully in tandem with Senior Management team, which includes department leaders as well as the CEO, President, and CFO.Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to partner in hiring all levels of candidates for open requisitions of all exempt (and nonexempt, i.e. interns, contract, and freelance) positions.Built and implemented Performance Management system to assist in annual and bi-annual employee reviews.Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures manual.Report on sourcing metrics and results to summarize weekly activities and ROI of recruiting resources.Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement, and exit interviewing.Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goal. Recommend new approaches, policies,and procedures to effect continual improvement and efficiency of the department and services performed.Source passive and active candidates for open positions through strong network reach out, internet sourcing through traditional job boards, social media sourcing, and Boolean searches.Introduced & implemented Positive Psychology tenets into performance evaluation and training to bring out the absolute best results in employee retention and growth.
