With the vision of leading the New Way in Canadian Healthcare we are continuously working towards streamlining care to improve access to the right health services. I have had diversified my career by working at the Mississauga and Toronto Western Sites of Altum Health providing both assessment and treatment in house and occasionally, in home. I have successfully balanced a caseload while continuing case management and delivering quality reports to third party payers. I have been an active member of Altum Cares, a group dedicated to organizing and implementing charity and volunteer events. I organized site wide Habitat for Humanity Builds in the fall of 2016 involving 90 participants from 10 of our sites.
