Work at ATI included K-12 Modernization projects, conversion of an existing commercial building into a Montessori Preschool, Improvement projects for the City of Roseville, etc...And...Revit support for our awesome Roseville Team.

My project involvement was from Initial Concept through Construction Administration & Closeout.Using Autodesk Revit, I was responsible for creating complete Revit models (BIM) and documents for all phases of every project, as well as for coordination of work with the project team and consulting engineers. Beginning with the review of as-built drawings, an accurate existing condition Revit model is created. Site visit verification is conducted as needed. Model development is continued through all phases of each project, resulting in the output of milestone documentation and final submittal documents for agency review (typically DSA).Keynote Manager is used to generate drawing notes and Masterformat tags which are displayed in Revit schedules. This enables coordination with the project specifications.Construction Administration duties include Site visits, RFI response, Submittal & Shop Drawing review, meetings with owners and the construction team. The use of Bluebeam Revu is crucial in the CA phase. Projecttrek is used to facilitate communication and transfer documents.Along with my project duties, I assist in the creation of component and detail libraries along with the development and maintenance of standards (including code revisions of accessible details).I am involved with training and support pertaining to the use of Revit for all users in the office and am a frequent contributor to the internal Revit Tip-of-the-Week.

Working from architectural sketches and instruction, I created 3d Revit models, produced milestone documents and construction drawings. I coordinated architectural documents with consulting engineers.I created templates and title blocks, organized & maintained project files, and managed the digital library of components and details

I provided drafting support to architectural team on multiple healthcare projects from initial concept through OSHPD approval and closeout.I was responsible for modeling the first project in the office using Revit (2002). This was an Interior TI & Addition to a local Indian Health center. A prime feature of the project was to add a boardroom / gathering to accommodate their senior care & lunch program. Respect for and incorporation of cultural elements was a key part of the project.
