1. Troubleshoot and resolve the various system in the America Becton, Dickson and company2. Working languages are JP, EN, CN3. Cooperate and escalate with other IT department to get issue resolved.4. The various systems in BD company are: Bitlocker, onedrive、sharepoint、VPN、sharefolder、windows、miscrosoft、iphone/ipad、airwatch、SAP/GRC、e-learning、workday、HROneportal、AD etc.5. BD has perfect knowledge base describing every IT system’s feature and scenarios 6. I will make CCNA training document for Service Desk level in English.

1. Receive phone and mail from the user in the Burberry all over the world.2. Working languages are En, JP and CN3. Escalate with P1/P2 incident with different IT department between Vendor and Burberry followed the process made.4. Check voicemail every day in the morning5. Communicate with the network vendor to troubleshoot the network issue happened in retail shop or office in the Burberry6. Communicate with POS vendor for the POS machine in the retail shop
