In this role, I am focused on developing marketing and business development strategies for an entertainment group with four high-visibility theaters in the Pigeon Forge market. Throughout the last few years, I have been instrumental in designing tactical business development plans that have successfully expanded market share, built brand awareness, and dramatically increased revenue. By systematically identifying growth corridors and continuously working to position Fee/Hedrick as a leader in the industry, I have been integrally involved in surpassing goals across all sales and marketing related metrics. I work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and develop sales and marketing strategies that positively impact performance across multiple business units. This collaborative approach and my focus on promoting common goals have been instrumental in creating a team-centric culture with a strong understanding of company mission, values, and objectives. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with so many talented individuals and I have continuously coached and mentored staff to produce high-performance teams that consistently surpass goals and exceed expectations.

As the Vice President of Marketing, my role was centered on further defining the strategic direction of marketing efforts while continuously developing brand-building programs to diversify revenue streams, improve market penetration, and establishing long-term brand equity. I also managed several multimillion-dollar business development projects and maintained an integral role in developing 3 new theaters including concept development, branding, and marketing/launch strategies. By developing key relationships with vendors and commercial partnerships, I was able to dramatically expand Fee/Hedrick’s reach and presence within a highly competitive marketplace. I also comprehensively worked with each theater and associated merchandising/retail outlets to refine theater-specific sales and marketing processes, resulting in significant improvements in YOY sales.

During this time period, I maintained a strong focus on integrating Fee/Hedrick within the vertical and was instrumental securing high-value relationships and negotiating contracts with favorable terms. I was able to further restructure our marketing techniques to improve ROI and create long-term partnership with TV, radio, and print organization that more effectively reached our target market.
