After almost twenty years in the commercial real estate sector - both in the work and building firms - I founded OFI CHITO, an entitlements and project management consultancy like no other. OFI CHITO exists to be the premiere land use entitlements firm for developers and corporate real estate teams, specializing in taking projects from bare land to ready to build. I have an unmatched record of success and knowledge in the entitlements business and a reputation for being the one to work with when you need something done.Prior to OFI CHITO, I spent the better part of a decade as the lead executive stakeholder at a commercial architecture firm serving clients nationwide. During that time, I was integral in the substantial growth of the firm in revenue, size, and market share by guiding business decisions and helping clients alleviate architecture and permitting pain points.Philanthropy is a huge part of who I am and giving back to others is woven into the fabric of my success. I am very involved in the Fort Worth community; serving with many local nonprofits and having injected over $125,000 of grassroots funds into local charities through my women's giving circle 100 Women Who Care Fort Worth.
