As the Shift Leader I ensured the store was maintained and assumed responsibility as the manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager. I also ensured the store appearance was in compliance with ongoing marketing programs, products were displayed timely and appropriately.

My primary role was to coordinate all aspects of the Tiger Athletic Fund annual appeal and assist in all Athletic Development Events. I served as the direct contact for and assisted with the operation of the Tiger Athletic Fund and Hall of Fame Advisory Boards.
