As an executive coach I have worked with over 150 organizational leaders in engineering, IT, finance, higher education, medicine and the creative arts. With an academic background in Electrical Engineering from MIT, I have 20 years experience leading large groups of engineers, IT professionals and financial analysts in a fast paced R&D environment at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. I also have 15 years experience leading diverse teams in an international nonprofit organization. As an Executive Coach I have coached clients and facilitated workshops in all aspects of leadership including: developing and articulating a vision, leading change, inclusive leadership, strategic planning, project management, motivating and developing staff, dealing with interpersonal and HR issues. One of my clients described me as “the perfect combination of right and left brain”. I have a passion for leadership and helping my clients to become highly effective and influential leaders.
