With an academic background in Electrical Engineering from MIT, I have 20 years experience leading large groups of engineers, IT professionals and financial analysts in a fast paced R&D environment at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. I also have 15 years experience leading diverse teams in an international nonprofit organization. As an Executive Coach I have coached clients and facilitated workshops in all aspects of leadership including: developing and articulating a vision, leading change, inclusive leadership, strategic planning, project management, motivating and developing staff, dealing with interpersonal and HR issues.
