With 12 years of experience as a human capital consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP in Washington, DC, Leslie is passionate about improving the lives and experiences of people within organizations – because business impact is human impact. As a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, Leslie led teams in delivering solutions for government and commercial clients spanning organizational development, strategic change, employee engagement, leader development and culture, and HR process design and shared services. Currently, Leslie is a Senior Talent Business Advisor in Deloitte’s talent organization where she designs and delivers HR processes and policies that fuel people performance. In her role, she thrives on partnering with senior leaders to manage the full talent lifecycle of consulting professionals in a human-centric way that constantly improves service levels. Leslie’s passion for activating the potential in others expands into her pursuits outside of Deloitte. She is an RYT-200 power yoga teacher at CorePower Yoga in Washington, DC. She is keen on creating classes that are inclusive, positive, and help students discover they can accomplish things they never imagined. Leslie has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. She is originally from the Texas Hill Country.
