Proud retiree from AT&T, with 32 years as a Telecommunications Industry professional! My longest stint (14 years) at AT&T was as a Chief of Staff in which I supported the Vice President and staff. I supported them through varying organizational seasons, with teams as big as 2K+ to as small as 30 people. I led teams through culture changes, operational execution, workforce transformation, recognition programs and COVID protocols. I was also an interface on their behalf with Finance, HR, Legal, and Compliance. It was a rewarding position as I enjoyed working with the different teams I came in contact with, it became a great role for me as it used the strengths, I already possessed, which is I'm a "people person" I like working to help leaders and their teams become better versions of themselves.
