I built my photography business on the philosophy that every woman is worth celebrating, being pampering, and discovering the confidence needed to fully love themselves! My mission is to tell the story of each woman who steps in front of my camera in a way that captures her internal beauty while also celebrating the perfect imperfection that make her completely unique. Resulting in a fully tailored photo session and a daily photographic reminder that she is beautiful, strong, loved, and that she is enough just as she is!

I work closely with the Proposal Director, capture managers, and a full range of company staff in identifying capture opportunities and overseeing the development and submission of winning proposals. This includes directing and coordinating the activities of Proposal Volume Leaders and numerous technical authors and consultants to produce high-quality winning proposals. I understand and can pull relevant compliance requirements out of government RFPs; which help contribute to response strategies; define proposal deliverables and see that all forms, past performance data, process figures, and staffing charts are complete; coordinate decision-making on which public and private sector opportunities match our capabilities; and corral the resources including senior managers, partner firms, writers, graphic designers, and administrative support and drive the process for submitting complete proposals on time.

Achievements: • I was in charge of is the GSA Alliant 2 Unrestricted IDIQ contract. Alliant 2 is a 10-year, $50 billion IDIQ Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for information technology products and services. The Alliant 2 master contract’s scope includes big data, cloud computing, cybersecurity, agile development, biometrics and identity management, sensors and radio frequency identification, data center consolidation, shared IT services, web analytics and hosting, software development, internet of things, and related IT support services.I was the proposal manager for this opportunity and as such it was my responsibility to coordinate deadlines and review schedules; manage over 150 pages of data, forms, and required artifacts; check for compliance; and make sure EIS’ scorecard reflected the best capabilities of our company. This effort spanned approximately four months and ultimately resulted in an award.• Instrumental in creating processes to improve the EIS’ proposal/ graphics library, submitted/ achieved catalogs, and past performance/resume re-use folders and writing multiple SOPs including one on the Proposal Coordinator position• Certified in Proposal Management, 2016Leslie Arakelian provides word-processing, desktop publishing, and graphic design skills to produce proposals and presentations while working closely with proposal managers, proposal writers, editors, and business development managers. She has experience reading and analyzing solicitations, in particular using C, L, and M to develop compliant responses, and is responsible for maintaining all proposal process documents; creating outline templates and compliance matrices; coordinating color reviews; and status tracking. She is also responsible for coordinating meetings via conference calls and conference rooms, adding job descriptions into the company website, and has a basic understanding of SharePoint.

I help with capture, edit & sale of the fun interactive photographs we take within the International Spy Museum.

Leslie Arakelian worked with Lindsey Mask in support of Ladies America, which is a membership based national network of professional women; as well as with Ms. Mask’s PR firm, Mask Media Co. as the Deputy Accounts Manager. While in these positions Ms. Arakelian conducted research; coordinated with other organizations in order to conduct effective outreach programs; helped implement strategies for clients utilizing press releases, social media, web page, and promotional design; and conducted a wide variety of clerical duties as directed.
