Throughout my career, I have led leadership teams by implementing recruiting strategies that have resulted in greater productivity of recruiters while maintaining a commitment to the client’s hiring targets while enhancing the candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.I initiated my recruiting career by joining one of the largest industrial staffing firms in the US. As a result of my innovative leadership strategies within my first year, my team earned the Diamond Circle of Excellence Award for my team’s top-performing achievements resulting in the highest productivity and increase of revenue within the organization. My team and I would hire an average of 600 workers resulting in the greatest scale of productivity within the recruiting operations team. As my career progressed as a top-performing agent for the organization, I stepped into my first leadership role with a strategic focus to implement innovative strategies which resulted in an additional increase of revenue by 50%. The results of my commitment to excellence made a great impact within the organization and I was promoted several times taking on multiple leadership roles. As a proven strategic and tactical leader who has been recognized progressively throughout her career for accomplishments and contributions to the organizations, I have successfully established a great level of credibility within multiple industries and have built a vast network throughout my career. I am actively pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. Upon completion of my degree, I plan on pursuing higher-level education within the Human Resources Field.
