I led a team of four world-class communicators to optimize internal and external communications channels to help every Delta employee feel empowered and connected. Together, the enterprise comms team launched Delta's first employee Instagram account, @LifeatDelta, and I played a leading role in directing and drafting powerful storytelling content to celebrate employees who model the Delta Difference. Our team innovated current content and strategy across internal news sites via written and video assets and served as brief and strategy experts for virtual and in-person executive town halls for 100K reach.
