I have successfully completed multiple Epic contracts with different healthcare organizations, using my strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to meet their needs and expectations. Effectively delivering the clients software resources to the end user in a manner that will provide successful engagement is where I excel. I like to call this type of consulting "in the trenches", as that is where what is learned is applied. My life's career path enables me to provide comprehensive and tailored training solutions for a variety of audiences and scenarios. My mission is to empower the everyday employee with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver quality work to their employer.
