- Facilitate and manage 4 private event spaces within Straight to Ale - Create, Plan, and Execute creative brewery specific events for holidays, beer releases, and more. - Manage venue rental contracts/agreements/event execution- Founder and facilitator of Brews to Benefit program - event partnership with local non-profits- Founder and facilitator of Sounds of Summer Concert Series with City of Huntsville and Downtown Huntsville Inc. - Represent Straight to Ale in all local and national media, written and visual publications- Manage social media including Instagram and 2 Facebook pages. - Website event calendar management- Compile, design, and send a monthly newsletter of events throughout the state, using MailChimp- Promote events through local web and print calendars and related social media pages- Review beer and swag donation requests, facilitate donations, and represent Straight to Ale at community events as needed- Occasional graphic design for events - using Adobe Photoshop- Give brewery tours as needed

- Organize all fundraisers including Annual Giving Campaign and Spring Gala- Plan all in school events for students/staff/parents and all outside events for donors/alumni/staff/etc.- Manage Greengate School for Dyslexia Facebook and Instagram pages, keep website updated- Attend various events as a representative for Greengate School, including business expos, student art shows, etc. - Plan events and execute all promotion for Dyslexia Awareness Month each October- Everything else expected of Community Relations including writing press releases, marketing, some graphic design, advertising, planning and attending meetings, volunteer assistance, media relations, writing copy for and editing the newsletter each month (using MailChimp), preparing and giving presentations, etc.

Responsible for all external advertising, maintaining social media pages, web advertising (like profiles on Weddingwire.com, tripadvisor.com, etc.), Constant Contact e-blasts, community involvement, maintain relationships and meet with catering clients, writing web content for catering and restaurant websites, and more!
