As Chief of Staff of Microsoft Viva, I reported to the CVP of Viva and drove the rhythm of the business for the entire Viva Employee Experience Suite and spearheaded the team culture approach and strategy to promote an inclusive and transparent culture. I drove OKR rhythm and rigor and trained the team in OKR methodology and accountability adopting OKRs as a way to provide clarity to the team.I owned executive communications and product storytelling for the CVP, including high stakes executive sales/customer briefings, division-wide Town Halls, internal and external speaking engagements including keynotes for Microsoft flagship conferences. Finally, I led the integration of the Glint acquisition from LinkedIn into the Microsoft Employee Experience org, impacting over 100 Engineering LinkedIn employees.

In my first Chief of Staff role to the CVP of Microsoft Edge, I served as a trusted advisor to the CVP and LT by helping balance priorities and advising on how to meaningfully connect with 800+ employees across three geos during turbulent times including a major strategy shift and global pandemic. I owned the executive communications strategy and storytelling and authored strategic framing memos outlining the key priorities and investments for Microsoft Edge Engineering team. I partnered with HR to lead organizational health initiatives and developed data driven strategies to address negative sentiment and measure progress on culture, diversity, and inclusion. I drove Allyship efforts for the entire division (over 8K FTEs) and facilitated interactive Allyship workshops across Redmond and India geographies.

Partnering with marketing, I defined key value propositions through market research, resulting in innovative features like Collections and Tracking Prevention. Additionally, I managed a team of seven product managers, fostering a culture of empathy and inclusion within the organization.

In my role as the Principal Lead Program Manager at Microsoft, I spearheaded the design and implementation of the v1 Lync Windows Store app, which garnered over 30K downloads and delivered significant business value. Collaborating closely with Office and Windows partner teams, I ensured seamless cross-group coordination for the successful Windows 8 launch. Additionally, I served as a key spokesperson for high-visibility product reviews, demos, and customer site visits, showcasing the product's value to executives and customers. Managing the Lync Client summer intern program and a team of 5 product managers, I played a pivotal role in driving team success and achieving key milestones.

In my role as Senior Lead Program Manager at Microsoft, I managed a team of PMs and directed site redesigns for MSN Entertainment and MSN Money, utilizing Agile methodologies to launch new websites on tight timelines. I collaborated with cross discipline partner teams to drive product strategy and prioritize features, ultimately increasing user engagement and monetization opportunities.

In my role as an early-in-career Program Manager at Microsoft, I drove business requirements, designs, and functional specifications for releases of boxed products and websites. I owned the UX Style Guide to ensure a consistent user experience and managed a team of program managers and technical writers to respond to high priority customer feedback.
