My responsibilities, as Account Manager, include processing monthly payroll, monitoring client balances, issuing monthly client invoices, ensuring prompt collection of receivables, conducting monthly reconciliation of the bank account, generating financial statements, and compiling information for our accountant.

My role, as Assistant Director, at Champion Tutoring was one of support - for the students, the staff, and - especially - the Director/Owner, Anna Patchias. I trained new tutors to the Champion culture as well as performed the office management responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, event planning, and exemplary customer service all fell under my job description.

As the Athletic Director’s secretary, I: researched VHSL eligibility for 41 teams and 700+ athletes with a 99% accuracy rate  assisted in designing/maintaining the eligibility program.  managed personnel involved in 200+ athletic events annually (officials and workers)  maintained bookkeeping records of 25 accounts $230,000.00 + 18 booster accounts.  scheduled all transportation for teams and VHSL events  calculated monthly payroll for all athletic workers and seasonal payroll for 28+ coaches  administered sale of event tickets/prepared audit with ticket inventory for 200+ annual events.  designed/compiled brochures, programs, webpages and Coaches’ notebooks played a role in organizing the annual Athletic Ceremony (for 10 years)
