**Leslie Cromer** As the President of the Resident Advisory Board at Fort Cavazos, I am dedicated to advocating for our community’s needs. I successfully united a diverse group, making it the largest and most successful within the Lend Lease portfolio. I was honored to receive the Volunteer of the Year award in 2024, recognizing my commitment to creating a positive impact.With 14 years of experience in bartending and the restaurant industry, I have thrived in various environments, from dive bars to upscale restaurants, consistently delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences for guests.In 2023, I expanded my skill set by becoming a doula, providing support to expectant mothers during childbirth. Having assisted in over 20 births, I am passionate about empowering women and ensuring safe, positive experiences.Currently, I work at the Lone Star Conference Center as a Catering Clerk, where I plan a variety of events, including weddings, military balls, team-building activities, intimate meetings, and concerts. Additionally, I contribute creative ideas for the Samuel Adams Brewhouse pub managed by MWR at Fort Cavazos.As I prepare for my next chapter at Fort Leavenworth, I am eager to explore new opportunities in community service and event management.
