In my role as Sales Administrator I supported the VP, Innovation and Growth. My main duties included:- Booking and coordinating all corporate and personal travel arrangements- Calendar management- Booking all client appointments and corporate boardroom meetings- Arranging catering for all internal and external corporate meetings- Coordinated and executed a National Student Advisory Board to provide input and counsel in targeting millenials

Having worked in a small business environment has compelled me to quickly learn and develop strong leadership skills, including:• Overseeing all daily accounting activities with minimal supervision;• Strengthening relations with all vendors, landlords, service providers and contractors that have dealings with the company;• Entrusted with all banking procedures and financial decisions made to how funds are dispersed to ensure there are minimal disruptions to the supply chain and day-to-day operations;• Cash management including the authorization to place and move funds in various accounts;• Maintaining organized detailed records and files to document financial transactions;• Make and implement recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures;• Oversee all accounts payable including cheque disbursements to staff and all stakeholders noted above.
