Outcomes included a blueprint for Region 5’s future, 50 employee-led initiatives and a sustainability team chartered to support, track and publicize processes and results.➢ Facilitated strategic planning for California’s Technology, Trade and Commerce Agency Small Business Development Program. Outcomes included aligning 17 Network Programs around mission critical work related to growing California small business. ➢ Facilitated the merger of two county agencies by engaging all 400 employees in developing and executing a shared vision, re-designing four primary business services, and operationalizing new ways of doing business as a merged organization.➢ Led enterprise-wide change management processes for technology implementations that drove the redesign of business practices impacting thousands of employees. ➢ Collaborated with a 45-member Community Outreach Team to design and implement a public input process to create opportunities for City leaders, planning staff, community members and stakeholder groups to discuss challenges, opportunities and competing interests factoring into long-range planning efforts.
