Identify (local, state, federal) opportunities, perform gap analysis, and build a successful business case justifying pursuit (including forecasting). Experience in all types of government contracts (FFP, T&M, LPTA, etc.), awards (Sole Source, Multi-Award, IDIQ, BPA, etc.), set-asides (SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.), Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) contract vehicles (STARS II, OASIS, CIOSP3, etc.), GSA schedules (IT70, PSS, etc.) including wide-ranging capture strategies (major re-competes, incumbent capture, sole-source, etc.). Extensive experience navigating contracting sites, i.e., Beta.Sam, FedConnect, eBuy, GovWin, GOVPurchase, FPDS et cetera.
