In addition to my role as a Consultant and Recruiter working with attorneys and law firms, I decided it was time to pursue a passion I have always had so I got my real estate license. C-Suite Solutions is a California-based consulting firm offering the full "c-suite" of services to law firms, including attorney/lateral recruiting, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and a collaboration with Colliers International to launch the first Law Firm Services Group in the Sacramento region.

Churchwell White LLP is an up-and-coming law firm made of up really great lawyers that chose to leave "big law" behind to do what they love, for the clients they want to work with, at rates they are comfortable with, while having a little fun along the way. Drawing upon Leslie's 30 years of law firm experience, she was able to wear many hats in her role as Chief Operating Officer to help guide this firm in areas like marketing/business development, strategic planning, administration, human resources, etc. Law firm management and leadership is learned over time and her experience over the years has proven to be invaluable. Having an understanding of compensation systems, firm management expectations and law firm culture makes Leslie more effective, creative, and successful.

As the Chief Administrative Officer, Leslie assisted in setting the strategic direction of the firm and was solely responsible for executing all of the firm's strategic initiatives. She worked closely with their Board and Managing Shareholder to insure the firm's goals remained aligned with the efforts of their management team, lawyers and staff on larger projects as well as day-to-day tasks. Leslie led all of their marketing, business development and branding initiatives. She also created content for, and led, most of their retreats that focused on improving the delivery of legal services and leading a more effective management team. Leslie joined the firm in 2008 as the Director of Marketing and Business Development and became the Chief Administrative Officer in 2010. She felt that every day with Weintraub was new and challenging, which was exciting and kept her engaged.
