In 2002, the Employment Services of the Etat de Vaud asked Jobprofile to create a specialized service for jobseekers in the field of computer science and to assist ORP counselors in assuring pertinence when with granting training courses. Thise service was then applied to all francophone cantons and, Zurich during a period of six months.In 2007, the Employment Services of the Etat de Vaud asked Jobprofile to create and manage a practical laboratory, Lab4Tech, for jobseekers in the field of computer science. Jobprofile proceeded with the creation and concept of the project, as well as the recruitment of employees (from management to entry-level) of the association. This collaboration lasted four years. In 2010, JobProfile recruited and trained three employees (coach-profiler) based on the methodology and tools developed by JobProfile, so that these employees could then incorporate the Lab4Tech structure. This system has since been renamed ‘Bilan complémentaire pour informaticiens’. This collaboration is an example, among many others, of the services also offered by JobProfile in matter of competencies transfer.
