This entails overseeing the entire process, starting from design development and schematic design to construction documentation and administration. My responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including ensuring that all documents comply with ADA regulations. This includes space planning, creating installation plans for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), producing elevations, details, and reflected ceiling plans (RCP's), as well as designing millwork and finish plans. I regularly collaborate with the in-house design team, architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure a meticulously coordinated construction set. I have successfully completed 100’s of construction document sets that vary from small scale remodels to 300,000 sf multi-level senior living communities. Working closely with my team, clients, and consultants, I successfully developed well-planned programming and design concepts that exceeded expectations and created impactful spaces. Moreover, I collaborated extensively with clients to determine finish selections and specifications, ensured ADA compliance, space planning, determined furniture requirements and selections, prepared FF&E bid packages, and supervised FF&E installations. To accomplish these tasks, I proficiently utilized REVIT and AutoCAD to generate comprehensive construction documentation from the initial conceptualization, Construction Documentation to Construction Administration. I was responsible for implementing facilities standards packages, including FF&E, finishes, maintenance manuals, and tech specifications, for prominent healthcare institutions such as Centura, Billings Clinic, and UC Health.During my time at Gallun Snow as the Senior Interior Designer, I had the privilege of being part of a diverse team that successfully designed and executed the relocation of the historic St. Anthony Central Hospital in Denver to its new location in Lakewood, Colorado. This task required extensive collaboration with all departments to understand their specific needs for the new location, thorough programming, space planning, finish selection/specification and the strategic utilization of both new and existing furniture to meet budget requirements and adhere to specialize hospital requirements.

H+L Architecture (now TreanerHL) focused on the planning and design of healthcare, education, and advanced industries environments to help people heal, flourish, learn + create. It was a multi discipline office that thrived on collaboration to create buildings that contributed to its occupants being able to thrive.I utilized my expertise as a Senior Interior Designer to cater to healthcare, facilities management, and education clients in Colorado and Nebraska. Through my evidenced-based designs, I facilitated healing, living, learning, and thriving for patients, staff, students, and family members. As project manager on healthcare projects, I collaborated with our in-house team of architects & engineers along with the clients, and consultants to provide thoughtful programming & design concepts that exceeded the needs and expectations for impactful spaces. Collaborating closely with clients to determine finish selections/specifications, ADA compliant space plans, furniture selections / specifications / bid packages, overseeing installations & creating / implementing / maintaining facility standards packages. Working with AutoCAD to create construction documentation from conceptualization, Construction Documentation through Construction Administrations.I served as an onsite Facilities Move Coordinator at the Lockheed Martin Littleton, CO campus, working under the contract of H+L Architecture. In this role, my main responsibility was to work closely with the project management team on both new construction projects and relocations within the campus. This involved actively participating in regular programming meetings with different departments to determine their FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) and finishes requirements. To achieve this, I collaborated closely with internal leadership, staff, end users, maintenance teams, external vendors, consultants, architects, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) professionals.
